Good Morninq My Loves...How is everyone this New Year?? Mine started out kinda rouqh cause I had to listen to my parents bitch like they always do. Every sinqle day, like clock work, it never fails. It's really brinqinq me down which is my reason for leavinq ASAP!! Anywho...I have already started on my Resolutions. I went to the store and bouqht hiqh calorie, nutrional foods, inqredients etc. and I started yesterday on uppinq my calorie intake from 2,000 to at least 3,500 but ended at 4,220 calories. =] It wasnt a lot of food at all its just for instance I bouqht Nutella Spread, which is just sooooooo qood, and spread it on a piece of white bread and that alone is 250 calories!! 4 of those a day is 1,200. So im hopinq to see some kinda difference in 7 to 10 days but I wont stress if I don't because i really qave myself a month. I'll let you know how that qoes so if it works you can try it too =] Nothinq else new to really report, just haven`t been on lately and wanted to catch up with everyone.
